Bough and Vine is a unique, locally-owned, female business venture aimed at catering to plant enthusiasts and novices alike in the heart of Manteo. Our business offers a variety of products and services including a collection of indoor and outdoor ornamental plants, workshops, custom-designed t-shirts and goods, plant accessories, and hosting small-group plant parties. With a focus on community engagement and sustainability, we aim to become the go-to destination for all things related to indoor gardening and plant care in the area.

Private Event: Birthday Party, Bridal Shower, Girl’s Night Out, or Celebration!

Use our space to host your next private event to celebrate in an intimate, botanical atmosphere. We are able to accommodate up to 15 guests.

Plant Party: terrarium building, dish gardens, pressed flowers; the list goes on!

Plan a night of fun by hosting a vibrant plant party where green thumbs and budding enthusiasts unite to swap, share, and celebrate their leafy friends!

Bouquet Bar: we provide the flowers and instruction.

You and your guests will create your own custom floral designs and bouquets using a delightful array of fresh blossoms, selecting and arranging flowers to create an individual masterpiece. This is perfect for Bridal Parties, Girl’s Night Out, or Baby Showers.

Meet Our Team

Tanya Lamo and Amy Underwood are two friends who tended to the seed of an idea in a coffee shop one chilly afternoon in February 2024. Both having a love of plants, events, and design, paired with an entrepreneurial spirit, the idea of Bough & Vine naturally came together quite quickly. They are excited to share the Magnolia Pavilion space and their love of plants with the community!

Tanya is a creative horticulturalist with a keen eye for design and products. With a passion for combining nature's beauty with thoughtful design, Tanya brings a unique touch to our team. She excels in bringing creativity and innovation to every project. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality ensures that every design is not only visually appealing but also sustainable and functional.

Amy is an innovative entrepreneur with an exceptional eye for aesthetic design, a deep love for plants, and a natural gift for customer service. Amy brings a unique blend of creativity and passion to our team. Her keen sense of design allows her to create visually stunning and harmonious spaces that will delight our customers.

Claire Lynch If you stop into our shop this summer, chances are you will meet Claire. Claire is majoring in entrepreneurship at Charleston Southern University and jumped at the opportunity to gain experience working with a start-up business. Claire is also a photographer with a burgeoning photography business. Many of the stunning photos you see on our promotional materials are credited to Claire's keen eye and creative talent.
